Marni Village hotel villas are set on a beautiful, quiet and elevated position, just 100m from the traditional, picturesque Cretan village "Koutouloufari". Offers splendid panoramic view of the resort area of Hersonissos bay. Hersonissos with its exciting nightlife, plenty sandy beaches and the old harbour is only 1 kilometre away.
Villas are two storey, stone decorated houses, with a total area of 110 square meters. There are three separate bedrooms in the house. In the upper floor there is one private WC room with shower cabin for the master bedroom, one more bedroom and a bathroom (with a bathtub). In the ground level there is another separate bedroom, one more WC room with shower cabin, a sitting area with fireplace and sofa*, normal kitchen area, large refrigerator, dining table.

In the front of the villa there is a private pool and furnished area around the pool, enjoying lovely panoramic sea views of Hersonissos bay area. The villas are fully air-conditioned in all rooms (4 units inside) and offer all facilities of a private house. (only 2 units available). The whole complex is situated in an area of approximately 24,000 square meters, among 10,000 square meters of well-kept gardens with trees, flowers and bushes. Marni village has gradually grown to 117 beautifully and spaciously arranged apartments and suites and 3 Villas with private pool, giving a sense of a "village" with strokes of Cretan decoration. Including the new wing built in 2006, there are twenty two separate buildings, forming seven neighbourhoods of apartments, suites and villas, with beautiful alleys leading to the entrance of each apartment. The property maintains a sense of lush independence, offering a unique experience, close to all activities in Hersonissos

Marni Village is conveniently located in the traditional Cretan village "Koutouloufari", at a walking distance from the other two traditional Cretan villages (Piskopiano and Old Hersonissos). Not too close and at the same time not too far either, from Hersonissos area which is famous for its busy nightlife, offering a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, taverns, elegant shops, bars, night clubs (just 1.5km away, about 15 minutes walking or 2 minutes by taxi). Finally Marni Village is near the main cities of Crete (Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Rethymno, Chania) and attractions (Knossos Archaelogical site and the Historical & Archaelogical Museum)
